Human Rights, Mining and Petroleum
July 3, 6 & 7 Examine and understand the human rights law applicable to petroleum and mining operations. Referencing current international human rights standards relevant to these operations this course will focus on the international and regional structures, and how they are placed within a domestic context through two workshops examining how they apply to a project within Australia and of an Australian company operating overseas.
